Hey everyone! If you follow me on Instagram or Twitter you may have already heard that I had the incredible opportunity to partner with Burberry and travel across the pond to London to attend the Burberry Spring/Summer 2016 fashion show to help promote Burberry Beauty's new launch at Sephora.

In addition to seeing the presentation up close, I also got to join press to check out the red carpet and got a backstage pass to see the day-of details for the beauty look the models wore. The 3-part combo was both a first for the brand as well as a dream to experience for me. I'm still a little breathless after that gorgeous, whirlwind trip!


I'll be sure to dedicate a future blog post to my experience, but today I wanted to share my take on Burberry's edgy Spring/Summer 2016 look which works equally well for rocking this Fall!


We're going to start off using the Face Contour pen on the hollows of the cheeks, sides of the nose, and under the jawline to add definition. I find shade Medium No. 01 to look really natural on my skintone. You can use a brush to blend, but I find fingers work excellently to warm the product and blend really smoothly.

Anyone who knows me knows that I've always loved collecting nice jewelry, especially pieces that I can wear and layer on a daily basis so when Mejuri came to me with the opportunity to design pieces of my own, I was overjoyed to give my design muscles a stretch and jumped in head first with my pencil and sketch pad!
