Sigma Paris Palette: Info & Swatches

6:00 AM

Hey guys! Today I get to reveal a project that has been several months in the making, the Sigma Paris Palette! As you may remember, I took a trip to Paris last year with the brand (here and here) but it's taken until now to perfect and finalize all the elements of the project.

I, along with 6 other amazing gurus on Youtube (xteeener, MakeupByTiffanyD, macNC40, petrilude, xsparkage, and DulceCandy87), all got to contribute our feedback into nearly every aspect of the palette from the packaging to the brushes to the shades in the palette themselves. We each were assigned a Parisian monument and creatively developed our own shade of eyeshadow based on the location.

It's been insane trying to keep everything a secret since I wanted to wear it so many times and create tutorials for you, but at last, I get to share my pics of the actual product inspired by the City of Lights!

Inside you can see the large mirror, 8 eyeshadows, 2 blushes, highlighter, and 2 brushes included in the palette. This is quite a large palette and there is thickness to it which is unfortunate, but it accommodates the width of the brushes included.

Here's a better look at everything included. It's amazing how all the shades work together even though we each came up with our shades independently.

Lots of eye candy close ups and swatches after the jump!

Eiffel / Seine / Louvre / Orsay

Elysées / Notre Dame / Triomphe / Versailles

Rouge (blush) / Pêche (blush) / Lumiére (highlighter)

E40 Large Angled Contour Brush / E55 Eye Shading Brush

Eyeshadow Swatches
Eiffel / Seine / Louvre / Orsay / Elysées / Notre Dame / Triomphe / Versailles

Eiffel - Matte black with rainbow sparkles. Developed by Tiffany aka MakeupbyTiffanyD.
Seine - Satin navy blue. Developed collaboratively by all gurus.
Louve - Matte saturated teal. Developed by Josh aka Petrilude.
Orsay - Matte meduim green with gold flecks. Developed by Suzy aka MacNC40.
Elysées - Satin plummy brown. Developed by Dulce aka DulceCandy87.
Notre Dame - Metallic taupe. Developed by Christine aka xteeener.
Triomphe - Reddened brown with green duochrome. Developed by Jen aka frmheadtotoe (that's me!).
Versailles - White-gold with gold flecks. Developed by Leesha aka xsparkage.

Eiffel / Seine

Louvre / Orsay

Elysées / Notre Dame

Triomphe (my shade!) / Versailles

Face Powders
Rouge (blush) / Pêche (blush) / Lumiére (highlighter)

The two blushes were a very, very collaborative effort to create 2 shades that would work with every skintone. There is a plummy shade and a peachy shade as well as a gorgeous highlighter which is one of my favorite parts of the entire palette.

The Sigma Paris Palette is available now from Sigma Beauty here for $59, but with code FRMHEADTOTOE you can receive $10 off making the palette $49. The two brushes included are the same quality as their full-sized professional brushes and are worth $23.

I already plan on posting a future tutorial using the palette as well as sharing more info about the inspiration for my color, which will be coming soon. I'm super excited to share this with you since it's kind of our baby and we have been working on in secret for so long! I hope you guys check out this limited edition palette while they last! :)

  26. Your shades looks kinda like a duo chrome, it reminded me of a R&R eyeshadow you showed on one of your haul videos. It's so very pretty. Seriously, congratulations Jen, you so deserve this and more. Keep up what you're doing because it's going to take you really far ♥

  28. I WANT THIS SO MUCH. I was looking at Sigma's Angled Contour brush - and it comes with the amazing shades in this palette? It's a pity shipping to Australia costs $20.

  29. From the time I saw this, I thougth it was a beautiful palette! I was wondering why you all had went to Paris, very sneaky of them, but I love the outcome! I'd have to say if I were to pick my four favourites, it'd have to be Eiffel, Seine, Triomphe, Versailles. They're really nice, especially the last two. I could see myself wearing Triomphe all over my lid and Versailles for a bright highlight.

It is amazing how well all the colours came together, thought they were developed individually. You all did a great job! Congrats!

  36. Your color looks eerily similar to the green/burgundy one in the wet&wild comfort/elf night palette. Is that where you pulled some of your inspiration?

Liking the palette. Loving the brushes, especially the blush brush.

  41. Haha! I was looking at the palette on Sigma website & knew the duochrome shade would be yours! I've been a little obsessed with duochrome shadows since your W&W Night Elf tutorial, but haven't gotten round to purchasing W&W Comfort Zone yet. It's hard to get in Aus!
Nice work on the palette, it's lovely :)

Well, I was guessing which color could be yours and I thought Notre Dame or Elysées, hahahaha, I was completely wrong ;)

I am curious why Triomphe looks grey in the pallete and on the swatch so duochromish?

  55. Well, I have ordered this palette together with some brushes based on your reviews. They arrived today to Hong Kong and I was so excited to see the products. Unfortunately, the two brushes from the palette were missing. I know you might say it is a good value, but it left me slightly underwhelmed. Sorry, I am spoilt for years of using top Japanese brands. The palette is made in China and only assembled in the US. The package has a weird factory smell.
