Giveaway: Valentine's Love with The Little Bra Company!

9:00 AM

Happy Valentine's Day everyone! I recently met up with the ever-so-sweet founder of The Little Bra Company, Emily Lau, and we decided it would be a fun idea to bring you guys a little Valentine's Day giveaway! You may remember me talking about TLBC in my Bra Fitting 101 post and long story short, finding the right bra really boosted my confidence (although making that video was pretty embarrassing) so I wanted to pass along that chance to you too. Frankly, you don't need any special excuse in your life to wear something special under your clothes, am I right? ;)

That's why we want to hold "The Little Moments" Contest. We want you to share a little moment that made you feel loved this year, or a moment where you made someone else feel loved. The winner will receive one red Lucia set: the Lucia bra above, plus either the thong on the left or the lace boyshorts on the right.

Here are the giveaway rules:

1. Be a follower of this blog (this can be through RSS feed, Bloglovin', or Google Reader).
2. Share your "little moment" in the comments below.
3. Let me know if you share your moment on Facebook tagging The Little Bra Company or Twitter tagging @thelittlebracom. You can get up to 1 extra entry for sharing on each for a total of 3 entries.

The contest will close on February 28th, 2013 at 11:59 pm PST, so be sure to get your entries in before February is over. Those under 18 will need have parental permission to enter.

The Little Bra Company is also offering a coupon code as a Vday present so if you want to get yourself a little somethin' somethin' now, you can use VDAY2013 to get 15% off your order through March 14, 2013! (By the way, I don't get anything from this contest or coupon code, it's just something I suggested for you guys cause I love you! :)

Show your boobies some love and let me know your Little Moment! Good luck! :D

  6. When I came down with bronchitis and my husband had to work, my mom drove up to take me to the doctor, then to the pharmacy for prescriptions, and out for lunch since all had eaten for days was soup. She really wanted to take care of me! My husband is great about doing that kind of stuff too, but he couldn't miss work that day.

  7. Just yesterday, my youngest daughter, who is 3, knew her mommy was very tired, but still running all over the house trying to clean, cook dinner, and get Valentine's Day goodies done for school - so she stopped me dead in my tracks and pulled me down to her to give me one of her world famous BEAR HUGS and a gentle kiss on my cheek, and then she whispered in my ear, "Mommy, you're my best friend and I love you very much!" I melted right on the spot.

  9. One moment I felt loved was when my mom's boyfriend was basically expecting her to choose between her kids and him, and she said there's no question. She chooses her "kids". It meant the world to me knowing that even after all my family's hardships, she would never let us go even if we're already old enough to take care of ourselves. There's no love like a momma's love!

  11. one moment that I truly felt loved was also the saddest day in my life. you never know what you have until its gone. my great grandmother passed away last year and in that moment standing next to her, memories came rushing into me.realizing how much she had loved me, left me in tears. To this day, everytime I feel lonely I remember her love, her gently pat on the head and her warmth.Today I feel loved.

  12. I was lecturing my 19 year old son, ad nauseum I'm sure he felt, and I told him that I was going to stop because I know he gets tired of it. He told me that his most re-tweeted message was when he tweeted that the most meaningful relationship in his life was with his mother...I'm still smiling!

  14. One moment I felt loved was when my partner of 6 years cooked me my favorite foods all in one weekend. But the thing that made it most special was me realizing it because it was something she did since the very beginning of our relationship. Til this day, food is the epitome of exciting times, love and comfort.

  17. I feel loved each and everyday by my boyfriend because being in a long distance relationship is difficult but he's always constantly reminding me that he loves me and he misses me and always amaze me by his little sneaky surprises. I also feel loved by my family always checking up on me because I'm in school so I don't live with them anymore. It's the little things that counts. :)

  20. A moment that I felt loved was when I got sick and had a fever. My boyfriend stayed by me and took care of me. He was really caring and got whatever I needed like water, meds, extra blanket, and etc. It was really sweet. He still gave me kisses and hugs even though I was all sick and gross and messy hair. I felt really loved <3.

I reckon the only thing that compares to this level of excitement to is the feeling I got before new Harry Potter books came out!

  27. I am the only one out of my entire extended family who lives in the States, and after a decade of spending holidays alone, I thought I was getting used to feeling lonely. I joked about it with a few coworkers who were taking time off during Christmas and New Years to go see their own families.

Imagine my surprise when I came to work on Christmas Eve and found a huge shopping bag filled with a bubble bath set, wine, chocolate, and scented candles, along with a really sweet card... from the burly manly-men of my department! I nearly burst into tears. I think they were more embarrassed than I was, though. :)

  33. I fell half-asleep on the futon in my boyfriend's dorm. I suppose he thought I had actually fallen completely asleep, so he got up and covered me with a blanket and kissed me on my forehead, and told me "I love you." I just think it's special because he thought I couldn't hear him or notice what he was doing. :)

  34. I felt loved when I was having a bad day, classes were boring, I left my lunch at home, and I had a lot of homework to do. I was very stressed when my best friend saw me in the hallway and slipped me warm lemon butter cookies and a carton of milk because she knew I didn't have lunch that day! Even though both of us didn't have the same breaks and were rushing to classes, she still thought of me and had time to run to the lunchroom. It cheered me up and made me so happy inside.

  37. Hi, long time lurker, first time poster. Great website, I definitely enjoy your posts and videos, especially as a fellow mono-lid. :)
Well, my boyfriend is currently living on the east coast while I live 9 hours away attending school, and I never forget how much I am loved because he drives a total of 18 hours every weekend to visit me (minus last weekend due to the flake quake) even though, as a military officer, he is very busy. I know this isn't a specific moment, but these are many separate moments that I find equally special.
Would love to win the set, especially as it is my namesake! Best wishes for the site and good luck to everyone.

  38. My husband always makes me feel so loved all the time. I have spa night each Wednesday night where he will run a bubble air bath, cocktail, music, candle lit and dinner gets brought in. On weekends he brings me breakfast in bed, gets the groceries and fills up my car with gas. These are just a few of the thoughtful things my wonderful husband does for me. I will let you know we have been married for 27 years!

We hadn't bonded after being home for three months but when that moment came, I finally felt his heart warming up to me. I am a Korean adoptee who adopted her first child from Korea and I have come full circle. Ever since that day, my heart has bloomed and have realized what unconditional love is.

  40. Last Spring Break, I learned that my father had cancer. I spent all of spring break with my dad in the hospital and some days were just really hard. I would be at the hospital at 8am and leave at 9pm. My mom and I were so tired and stressed and all I wanted to do was cry. I felt so bad for my boyfriend because I ignored him and I got snappy because I just couldn't handle the situation well. But one day, he came to the hospital and pulled me aside. He didn't say anything, just gave me a really big hug. I was in such a rotten mood that I just stood there for a while without hugging him back. But after a minute or 2 in his comforting arms and I broke down. I started to cry a little and I hugged him back really hard. He just held me till I was okay again. Then he took off his scarf and wrapped it around my neck and kissed me and we went into my dad's room and it felt like some weight was taken off my shoulders. It was an amazing moment and I'll never forget it. My boyfriend is an amazing man and I'm so lucky to have him.
(oh and my dad no longer has cancer :D )

  50. Earlier this month, my boyfriend surprised me with an adopted bunny friend. I hung out with my mom for a whole day and went back to the apartment late at night, tired, and just wanted to wash up and go to bed. I walk in and the boyfriend says, "Wait! Don't move, I have something for you..." Then he carries this beautiful baby bunny in his arms and gives her to me saying, "She's your early Valentine's day present." It was the most love I had ever received from someone, just one of the moments that I'll never forget.

  55. My little moment comes in the form of family love.

To start, I have a very small family unit. We are all very close knit and always try and see each other whenever possible, this is especially true for my grandparents. My grandmother is a cancer survivor of 8 years now, but recently, she has been having a downhill struggle with pain. Unfortunately, medicine and therapy does not seem to be working. However, my grandma does state what alleviates it is by seeing her family...

Though it may seem minor and natural to visit family, it s a HUGE deal to my grandmother. Not only do I go over and visit her whenever possible, I try and do whatever I can to make her life (and my grandfather's) a bit easier. Just the simple thing such as housework and grocery shopping takes a lot of stress off of them. They are especially thrilled when we can all eat together either by cooking something at home or going out to eat (which is a rarity, since usually my grandmother has no strength to do so.)

I wanted to share this little moment with all of you, just to show, love can come in all forms. Whether it's gifts or just the small, meaningful things and I hope you all cherish your loved ones the way I do.

  60. One of my favorite ways for my boyfriend to show me he loves me, is his random kisses on my cheek. It just feels too good to be doing something, totally focused on it, and have him come up and just steal a cheek kiss... (or any other kiss too) I just love it so much. It shows me that he cares, and even though he could be doing his own thing while I'm doing mine, he chooses to sneak up and kiss me. That definitely makes me feel loved. :)

  86. For the year of 2013, my boyfriend and I thought it would be fun to embark on a monthly challenge together. Every month, we have chosen one thing to do everyday. In January, it was to learn a new word everyday. For February, we chose to dedicate it to love. So every night, for the last 18 days, before we go to sleep, we tell each other one thing that makes us love the other person. These are little moments at the end of each day that make me feel extremely loved. And I hope that it makes him feel loved as well. So I cheated, I don't have 1 little moment, I have had 18 little moments, and 10 more to come. <3
