Today's Manicure Monday is a lovely pastel green from the celebrity brow artist Damone Roberts. I actually got the opportunity to meet him earlier this year and you could tell how warm and effervescent his personality was! Also, brows were totally on point. Damone Roberts 1968 was equally full of personality and actually is a unique pastel green. Let's check it out below!
Since it's getting closer to Halloween, I was looking for a nice shade to get into the spirit. The interesting thing about this particular color that stood out to me is that there is a hint of olive. Not enough to give it a dirty look, but it mutes the color just a touch that it's different from every other green. So perfect for the Halloween season!
Here I applied Butter London Nail 999 base and top coat with 3 coats of Damone Roberts 1968. The polish applied easily and lasted several days without chipping problems. As I try more polishes, the more I appreciate OPI's reliable formula.
Overall, I've been very happy with this polish. The wear, application, formula, consistency, everything was on point. If you are looking for a more muted green, I definitely recommend checking this one out.
Readers, what is your favorite minty polish? Are you doing anything fun for your nails this Halloween? Let me know in the comments!
