Everyday Wet & Wild Night Elf Palette Tutorial

Hey guys! I feel like it's been a little while since I've done an everyday wearable look so I wanted to post a video on a look I've been doing pretty much everyday lately. Maybe you have heard about this particular drugstore eyeshadow palette since it's been buzzed about among blogs, but I am absolutely IN LOVE with the Wet & Wild limited edition Color Icon Palette in "Night Elf". Plus, it's only $5!

This palette is so special because of a particular burgundy-green duochrome shade that I've heard is a dupe for MAC Club eyeshadow. I don't own Club myself, but I can say it is very similar to my Rock & Republic Lawsuit eyeshadow except that it runs more red while Lawsuit leans more green. For those who are having trouble finding this palette, fear not! According to Nouveau Cheap, these colors are being released in a permanent 8-pan palette soon to Walmart and Walgreens.

I wanted to show a full-length so you can see the waviness of my hair. I actually used a wave iron, which was really easy to use but I'm nervous it fries my hair! Maybe I'll do a video on it soon?


Everyone was asking about my nail color in the youtube comments. It's an interesting greige that leans military green. I'll have nice close-up pics and info in my next post. ^_^

    ooh! I never found those palettes but that duochrome color you showed is like Label Whore from Too Faced! (which I own so I'm pretty happy about that, haha)

    I looove the green burgandy shade! I've look a few places for the W&W limited edition palettes with no luck, but it's nice to hear they'll be coming out permanenty. My current favorite color is "smokey mountain" - a gunmetal green from NYX, so I'll probably love this W&W shade.

    Oh I loove the look :D ! I thought the look would be too red, but indeed it turned out pretty casual for an everyday look :)

    Oh pleaseeee do the Taeyeon eye makeup from Run Devil Run! I love that look so bad and personally I haven't found a version on YT that seems to really catch the 'essence' of that look. Since your Kpop inspired videos are always so so good, it'll be REALLY nice to see the Taeyeon look from you :D !!

I really love your videos and your sense of style ^_^ I think you would be a great korean model, you're gorgeous! but also very friendly and likeable :D I'm from Portugal by the way, now you know you got fans here too. I love japanese and korean style, I think you're all so adorable and trendy :P It's funny because I actually like monolid eyes, and some japanese and korean girls do the surgery to modify them LOL...     wow, you totally brought out the duochrome colors in the eyeshadow. and the brown lenses go perfectly with it. the whole look even makes your hair look a little more brown. so lovely!

    I like this every day look a lot! I'll have to look for this palette and try it myself. I picked up the Revlon Colorstay Quad in Copper Spice that you used previously for your every day look. And I love it! Normally, I would not have chosen that color palette because it looked too bright - I would've picked up the nude palette instead. But thanks to you, I have a terrific shadow for every day that I actually like!

    Please do Nana's! It's not easy to do monolid makeup and yours is the only one I've felt comfortable trying as you don't use excessive eyeliner and don't try to fake the crease, which looks "fake" which I hate. If you could also do more looks without lashes that would be helpful for everyday too, it's difficult to do them every day, plus they never stay on for me. Eyelash tutorial? ;)

    I Love mascara, really Great effective eyelash curlers and all things Lashes.

    I wanted to share that my favorite is the Hot Lashes heated 2 pc lash curler! It has gotten great reviews at Amazon--Cult favorite Hot Lashes Makeup artist Kit..Absolute best out there~!

    They have an amazing sturdy 24K gold metal curler similiar to the Shu Uemura and Sheisdo one that comes with its own seperate pink small heater base that heats just the pad in the curler, this way my curl lasts till the next day~!

    I went to Wet n Wild website and they have this 8 palette eyeshadow #738 Comfort zone that look similar to the color you are using. Is that the palette you talking about?
