❤ Fall 2014 Lookbook ❤

8:23 PM

It is finally OFFICIALLY Fall! Bring on the beanies, scarves, faux fur and over-the-knee boots please. One of the things that I miss the most about living in the midwest is a nice crisp, cool autumn morning when you can admire the beautiful leaves changing colors while sipping on a hot cocoa. Honestly, it's still been blazing hot in LA but I tried my darndest to infuse some of that Kansas season into my fall lookbook this year. ;)

OUTFIT 3 | SWEATS AND THE CITY

Can I just say I'm loving the whole sweats-as-daywear trend? You can see I partook in that twice this lookbook. I'm totally a sweats person so any excuse to wear them more is ace in my books.

Oh, and if any of you were wondering about the lipstick shade I was wearing throughout the video, it was Urban Decay Revolution lipstick (my review of them) in Jilted which is an awesome deeper hot pink in case you want to experiment with more saturated lip colors for fall but feel like the vampy burgundies are intimidating. It's quite a pretty color on and really flattering while brightening up the face.

Hope you guys enjoyed it! Let me know in the comments what fall trends you are obsessed with!

    1. Hi Jenny,

Hmm, I don't know where to get prom dresses specifically but you should definitely browse ASOS! I've seen lots of gorgeous long dresses that are super glamorous there that I wish I had something to go to in!

  14. Hi Jen! I really enjoy your fashion lookbooks especially when I am just as petite as you are. I was wondering what size you take in Asos and Daily Look? I am from Canada and I have tried ordering from Asos in the same size I take in Topshop (4P UK) but it has been a fail. Shipping back returns are just as expensive of the items itself. I'm 4"7, so you can imagine just how hard it is to find clothing that fits well. Your answers will really help me out, thanks!

    1. At ASOS I always look in petites and I wear a US 00 or 1 (I think US petite 1 is UK petite 4). It usually fits me off the rack! Dailylook I stick to xs items or size 0 since the sizing depends on each brand. It may be different in Canada, but ASOS has free return shipping for the US so it's really convenient to shop from there for me. Oh, and I also wear the same size as you at topshop.

      Hope that helps!!! :)
