Away We Happened: Episode 2!

10:58 AM

Hey everyone! I've had a really busy and exciting last week since I've been back here in LA, so I'll do an instagram update soon with photos of my travels (yes, we drove). As most of you know, I am taking an extended stay on the West Coast to film Away We Happened with Wong Fu Productions and AT&T. In my last post I shared with you the trailer and Episode 1 and now it's time for Episode 2!

Watch Episode 2 below:

This week's episode was extra exciting for me because my "roomie" in the series is none other than Amy Okuda, better known as "Tink" from the webseries The Guild. Are any of you also fans of that series like I am?

Don't eat the yogurt, Amy! It hasn't been refrigerated for... how many hours?

Amy and I actually did get along like BFFs and we spent our time between takes running lines in badly done accents (Southern Belle and German were my favorites) or telling each other how soft our hair/arms/clothes were during the "you're dying" scene. You guys know that is a direct response to everyone suggesting that Jean or Daniel dies, right?

Amy and my suggestion was that Daniel dies and the rest of the episodes are Lynn and Jean having a dance party. I think they'll go for it! Right, Wong Fu? Dance party???? Maybe Daniel meets Jean and teaches her how to break dance Victor Kim-style but has an unfortunate accident whilst standing on his head, so Jean and Lynn have to inevitably show the world his legacy by having a dance party. For 4 more episodes. This is why they won't let me write the script.

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed Episode 2. Let me know in the comments what you think should happen to Jean and Daniel next!

What happens to the letter? Should Jean still meet her ex-boyfriend?

HAHA and your idea is so funny but well... let's hope it won't happen. Would be too sad if one of them has to die, I'm already found on those 2 characters ^^

    2. Clara is hilarious! Such a terrible mom. Vork and his cheapness is great too. I have a ton of nerdy/socially awkward friends, and I totally can see them turning into these characters, hahaha.

  19. You have so many exciting things happening lately!

I think that Jean should meet up with her ex but quickly realize that he's not right for her when they do meet up. Daniel should notice the letter when he's cleaning up and, after a moment of confusion, read it and realize it's from Jean. This will help him to understand her better and make him feel like he can make up for what Jean's ex couldn't provide.

On another note, Daniel said that he needed something out of his suitcase too but never asked for anything specific?
