Interview with Too Faced founder Jarrod Blandino!

9:00 AM

Hello everyone! Today I have a super exciting video to share with you. There are a few people that I've come across in my makeup journey who have truly inspired me and I recently got to welcome one of them into my home recently. Yup, I said that right. Jerrod came over to my place. What? *cue squeals*

I won't give away too much, but suffice it to say that Too Faced Cosmetics founder Jerrod Blandino is not only one of the most charismatic people I've ever met but is incredibly passionate about makeup and making a positive difference in the lives of others, all while keeping a fantastic sense of humor!

PRODUCTS MENTIONED:

I was really surprised at how much I related to Jerrod personally, especially when it came to his thoughts on women and the steps it takes to achieving your dreams. What an inspiring man!

Jerrod, thank you so much to you and the Too Faced team for embracing me and all the women you help to make gorgeous. It's so nice to be able to connect beautiful words, thoughts, and ideas behind the beautiful products you create, and it was such an honor to have you over and speak so candidly about your past and passions. This definitely goes down in my books as an experience I will never forget! :)

  4. This is so exciting! Even though I don't use Too Faced products, it was fun to hear the ideas and inspirations from the founder of a major makeup line. I think it really makes us consumers appreciate makeup products more because so much work and thought is put into them that we probably don't even think about in the first place (if that makes any sense).

  8. i have a few of my favorite things. i think it makes for the perfect travel palette (i don't like traveling with just neutrals) and the better than sex mascara is my boyfriend's favorite on me (out of the 15 or so i've shown him recently) too bad it's already sold out.

  10. Hi Jen, your blog is so awesome and informative- thanks so much for all the hard work you put into it!! I was wondering if you have a tutorial for the makeup (especially the eyes) you wear in all your monthly favorite reviews videos? You look so beautiful and natural, and I'm dying to recreate the look! I'm also wondering if you have any interest in making a tutorial video that would be a general template for a look? For example, I have the UD Naked and Naked 3 palettes, but I only use the specific colors you've mentioned in your tutorials, as I'm hopeless without instruction. Is there a way you can make a video that you could also suggest alternative color combos when explaining a look, or speak in general color terms so that we can recreate the look, but with different shades than what you used? Sorry for the long post!!

  11. OMG I love Jerrod! Especially at the end when he's talking about t$%t*%s! Biggest beauty regret would be over plucking my brows when I was very young. They have never been right since then.

  12. Thank you Jen, this is amazing what you do. I am your Mongolian fan. The products you introduced in the videos are sometimes not available in my country even through the shipment, they are not available. That is kind of pity, but that is okay. I really really enjoyed your videos and i think i will do it continuously. I wish you the best!!! Beautiful girl.
