Pretty & Cute Coupon Code Update

9:07 PM

Hey everyone! Just wanted to share a little update on the Pretty & Cute coupon codes offered to my readers.

I know a lot of people were getting confused on how to use the older codes. Many were saying they weren't working and I really wanted to remedy that. I'm also sure that a lot of people already had the Lioele Princess mirror or foundation brush as well, so I wanted to have a more versatile code that everyone would be able to easily use over and over again, with no minimum. Thankfully, Janie was a sweetheart and was willing to provide a brand new code!

Enter code lovelioele for 10% off your purchase of Lioele products at prettyandcute.com!
Please note that this does mean that the older codes are now expired as of March 1, 2011. I really hope that this will clear up any confusion with the various codes and I apologize that ending them was so abruptly, but I do hope that this will help some of you girls to be able to try some of my favorite Lioele products (hello, amazing smelling Blooming Gloss) without needing a minimum purchase amount. I know not everyone was the expendable cash to spend on pricier-than-drugstore Asian cosmetics. ^_^

And just for the record, TRUST that my personal rule of thumb with reviews is if I dislike a product, I just don't review it. I absolutely do not review everything I receive from every company so I hope that it can put a bit of faith in my reviews. I'd rather tell you about stuff that I like than waste my breath reviewing tons of products I hate. Spread positivity! Word.

If it helps your decision-making feel free to browse my previous reviews of Lioele items here.

Please let me know in the comments if there is anything in particular from Pretty & Cute that you would specifically like to see reviewed and I'll see what I can do to serve you. <3

  1. Hmmm wondering if I should use this code to venture into the world of BB creams. I remember you reviewed one or two from P&C.

  3. I wish you were given a 10% off code for ALL products like Hollyannaeree instead of just Lioele. I would rather give you the credit instead of her.

  9. I was wondering if you had tried Lioele's Dollish Veil Vita BB cream yet?

The last few BB creams I have gotten were way too dark for me even Missha's no. 21.

  10. You SHOULD review products you hate so we know what products to avoid. I don't think it's spreading negativity - constructive criticism is good for all.

  11. Love your blog! Just wondering, what's a good make-up remover that you would recommend. Mine is making me break out :(

  12. itsaerish: No but I hope to try it soon! I'm going to test out the green one.

Rengirl: What I mean is that I don't review products I don't like that companies have sent me. It's publicity for them, either negative or positive. I try to be critical of products I like too so you don't have to worry about getting constructive criticism. I've done a bit of negative reviewing of things I've bought myself. :)

Beartea: I don't use a particular all-over face makeup remover other than my face cleanser, but I do love Lancome bi-facil eye makeup remover as well as Clinique's Take the Day Off.

Thank you Jen for the great post that you share, and I love it when you share your outfit ideas too. Thank you for the positive reviews as well. Take care. ~Airis Harumi

  15. Hey Jen,

I have a question that's been bothering me. I recently saw another youtuber (fuzkittie) review the lioele highlighter bb cream that she got from prettyandcute.com and it had Japanese writing on the back. That doesn't sound right, right? It should have Korean since it's Korean, right? I know this sounds stupid, but I bought one on ebay and it had Japanese on the back as well. So I thought I was duped but then I saw that fuzkittie's was the same as mine despite her getting hers from prettyandcute. What do you think is going on? Prettyandcute wouldn't sell anything that's fake right?

  16. MJ: Pretty & Cute doesn't sell anything fake from Lioele since they get the product directly from Lioele themselves. If it's in Japanese then it's because the one you got was intended for a Japanese destination since Lioele is sold in Japan sometimes. :)
