Lioele Product Review Video + Pics

6:42 PM

As promised here is a review of the Lioele products I received from prettyandcute.com! Everything is so pink, cute, and with a princess theme. In other words, extra happy points in my opinion.

Lioele Beyond the Solution BB Cream

The packaging is nice and hygienic and the texture feels nice and covers really well. It's an all-in-one because you don't need another product for base or concealer. I find it's a touch light for my skin, but it would work best for a mac shade NC 20-25.

Waterproof so it holds curl and it's nice for volumizing lashes. You need to see the video part of this because the "down" half of the mascara has a wonderful tilted mini-brush that is amazing at coating lower lashes! I've been using it everyday since I got it.

Blooming Cushion Touch Blusher

Another surprisingly incredible product. This matte baby pink blusher lasted 12 hours on me! Plus, the packaging is super cute and fool-proof to use.

Blooming Pop Cherry Tint

A cherry red lip stain that lasts for a long time. It's not as drying as my old Revlon lip stain and can also be used on cheeks for a cute flush. The texture is a watery gel and I feel like the intensity of pigment is easier to control than the Revlon's roller ball too. The packaging looks like nail polish and it's similar to Benefit Benetint.

Blooming Gloss in #10 Lovely Twoway

Looooooooove the smell of this gloss! My friend told me it smells like something from Bath & Body Works and I agree. It's yummy without being too sweet or floral, but with hints of both. The texture has nice weight and slip and isn't too sticky.

Princess Mirror in Baby Pink

This is my favorite thing I got for sure. It has totally replaced all mirror compacts that I use to apply makeup. It feels nice and weighty (not cheap and light plastic) and evokes a strong sense of nostalgia for me. <3 Very cute and princessy flourishes and a rose engraving on the mirror itself as well.

As I noted in my last entry, prettyandcute.com is doing a special where if you buy Lioele products, you can get 10% off the Lioele items using code lovelioele in the comments box. Additionally, you get free shipping for orders over $75 within the US!

Anyway, I hope this review helped you guys who are interested in Lioele products! I was overall very impressed with what I've tried so far and I want to continue to try out more of this brand since they seem to be very adorable and good quality. Time for rest now since my cough seems to have come back. I have a doc's appointment on Monday morning so wish me luck!

Disclaimer: Items in this post were sent to me for review consideration. All of my reviews, as always, are my 100% honest opinion. ;)

  6. That is the cutest Mirror EVER!!! The packaging of that line is right up my alley.

I've been dying to jump on the BBcream bandwagon forever. You already seem pretty fair-skinned and since BBcreams tend to run lighter anyway, I'm skeptical about finding a good match. :P

    Thanks for the review!

  24. Jen hey,
Wow well i'm not old enough to get married or have a boyfriend haha only 15. But I loved your wedding dress. The wedding photo's were incredible. Why no pictures of the groom? Btw i'm Korean to ASIAN PRIDE YEWWW haha. I already had that lioele BB cream for ages i thought it was a cheap brand from Korea (I live in Australia) but it figures it's not really also the downside was it's way to light for me and I feel as if it's such a waste of money/product... Anywyasss Can you reveiw the EPISTICK? It's like a spring and it literally plucks all the facial hairs. I just wanted you to reveiw it before i considered buying the product. (You can find it on e-bay for max $5.00)
Anyways thanks your an awesome Makeup Guru
    Love G

  26. hi, i love this review you did .. it is very helpful. I just have a question thou, do you have daytime moisturizer on before using BB Cream, or do you use BB Cream as a daytime moisturizer+foundation?
    thank you

  27. tieuthantien: I always use a moisturizer beforehand. BB creams may moisturizer but it doesn't replace moisturizer.

  30. I order four product a week ago which is in May 2011 and there was a date on my bb cream that says April 20,2011. Is that the expiration date and my packaging was not as pretty as you stated. I didnt get the pretty bag but did got a pack of cellphone stickers. :)

    ReplyDelete
  31. Nhi: The date listed on most Korean cosmetics is the manufactured date, so your BB cream is only about a month old. :)

  32. Typically, how long should we keep make up products, as well as skin care products (masks, opened and unopened moisturizers, etc.)?
